Forgot password

If you have forgotten your password, you can easily reset it.

Step 1: Request a reset link

  1. Go to sso.enodo.app/password-lost.
  2. Enter your username or your email address.
  3. Click on Send.
  4. An email containing a reset link is sent to you.

Step 2: Choose a new password

  1. Open the received email and click on the reset link.
    - You will be redirected to sso.enodo.app/password-reset.
  2. Enter your new password.
  3. Confirm it by entering it a second time.
  4. Submit. Your password is updated.

After the reset

  • You are redirected to the login page.
  • Log in with your new password.

Not receiving the email?

  • Check your spam / junk mail folder.
  • Ensure you entered the correct username or email.
  • Try again after a few minutes.
