Import methods

Via the "Add a File" button

1. Click on the Add a File button (available from the home page or the toolbar)
2. Select one or more files from your computer
3. The import starts automatically

Via drag & drop

1. Drag a file from your file explorer
2. Drop it directly on the page
3. The file is imported into the current folder

Tip: You can also drop a file directly onto a folder to add it there.

Accepted file types

Only **media** files are accepted:

• Images: all common formats (JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF…)
• Videos: MP4, MOV, AVI, WebM…
• Audio: MP3, WAV, OGG, AAC…

Other file types (PDF, text documents, etc.) are not supported at this time.

Track import progress

During the import, a progress indicator appears at the bottom right of the screen:

• The file name being imported
• The progress bar with the percentage
• The indicator disappears automatically a few seconds after the import finishes

Import into a specific folder

To import directly into a folder:

1. Open the desired folder
2. Use the Add a File button or drag & drop
3. The file will be automatically placed in this folder

In case of error

If the import fails, a error notification appears at the top of the screen. Possible causes:

• The file exceeds the maximum allowed size
• The file format is not supported
• Network connection issue

Try re-importing after checking these points.
