Multiple selection and batch actions

Select multiple files

Individual selection

Hold down the Ctrl (Windows/Linux) or Cmd (Mac) key and click on each file to add to the selection.

Range selection

1. Click on the first file
2. Hold down the Shift (Shift) key
3. Click on the last file in the range
4. 4All files in between are selected

Selection indicator

When files are selected, a *counter displays the number of selected items in the toolbar.

Available batch actions

Deselect

• Click on an empty area of the page to deselect everything
• Hold Ctrl/Cmd and click on a selected file to remove it from the selection
