View files shared with me
Access files that other members of your organization have shared with you.
Access Shared Files
Click on Shared with Me in the left sidebar.
Displayed Information
For each shared file, you can see:
- The name of the file
- The owner's avatar: the person who shared the file with you
- The file type
- The last modified date
- The sharing indicator (people icon)
Interact with shared Files
Depending on the permissions granted to you, you can:
- Read: open and preview the file
- Edit: modify, rename the file
- Admin: all operations, including resharing
Sorting and filtering
Shared files have the same sorting options (name, date, size) and filtering options (by content type) as other views.
