Sorting and filtering your files
Quickly find what you are looking for with sorting and filtering options.
Filter by content type
Filter buttons are available at the top of the file list:
| Filter | Displays |
|---|---|
| Images | Only images |
| Audios | Only audio files |
| Videos | Only videos |
| Articles | Only articles Enodo Semantic |
| Folders | Only folders |
- Click on a filter to activate it; click again to deactivate it
- You can combine multiple filters: for example, display images AND videos at the same time
- Active filters are reflected in the URL, allowing you to bookmark a filtered view
Sort your files
Click on the column headers to sort:
| Column | Sort by |
|---|---|
| Name | Alphabetical order |
| Modified | Last modification date |
| Size | File size |
- Click once to sort in ascending order (↑)
- Click again to sort in descending order (↓)
- An arrow next to the header shows the active sort and its direction
Displayed columns
In list view, the following columns are visible:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | File name with its type icon |
| Modified | Last modification date (relative format) |
| Owner | The file creator |
| Type | The file type (image, video, audio, article) |
| Size | The file size |
