Bulk editing
Bulk editing allows you to modify multiple posts simultaneously. It's a powerful tool to quickly apply changes to a large number of contents.
Select multiple posts
- Go to the Posts section in list view
- Check the boxes to the left of the posts you want to edit
- A grouped actions bar appears at the top of the list
Available bulk Actions

| Change Status | Apply a new status to all selected posts |
| Edit Categories | Add or replace categories |
| Edit Labels | Add or replace labels |
| Edit Taxonomies | Add or replace taxonomy terms |
| Assign Authors | Add or replace authors |
| Assign Users | Add or replace assigned users |
Add or replace
During bulk editing, you have the choice between:
- Add: New values are added to the existing values
- Replace: New values replace the existing values
Caution: The Replace option overwrites previous values. Check your selection before confirming.
Apply changes
- Select the relevant posts
- Choose the action to perform
- Set up the new values
- Click Apply to confirm
