Post management
The Posts section is the heart of Butterfly. It allows you to browse, search, filter, and organize all your content.
Access the list of posts
Click on Posts in the sidebar to display the list of all the posts of your property.
Display modes
Three views are available, switch between the views using the icons at the top of the page.

Search posts
Use the search bar at the top of the list to quickly find a post by its title or content.
Filter posts
The advanced filtering system allows you to combine multiple criteria:

| Taxonomy | Filter by taxonomy terms |

Tip: Activate the toggle Mine to display only the posts assigned to you.
Customize columns
In list view, you can customize the columns displayed in the table:
- Click on the column settings icon
- Select the columns to show or hide
- Rearrange the order of columns to your preference
Your column preferences are saved per property.
Sort posts
Click on a column header to sort the posts by that criterion (title, date, status, etc.). Click again to reverse the sort order.
