Plugins

Plugins extend the functionality of Butterfly with additional modules. Each plugin adds a specific capability that you can enable and configure according to the needs of your property.

Note: This section is reserved for administrators.

Accessing plugins

Go to the Administration section of the sidebar, then click on Plugins.

Available plugins

PluginDescription
JWTUser identification via a JWT token
PerformanceSEO tracking, ranking, and keyword trends

Good to know: More plugins will be available soon (comments, quizzes, surveys, ratings, e-commerce products, etc.). This list will grow over time.

Activating a plugin

  1. Click on the plugin you wish to activate
  2. Toggle the activation switch
  3. Configure specific plugin settings if necessary
  4. Save

Deactivating a plugin

  1. Click on the activated plugin
  2. Toggle the switch to deactivate it
  3. Save

Attention: Deactivating a plugin hides the associated functionalities and may affect your content. For example, deactivating the Performance plugin removes the Performance section from the sidebar.
